A calm board for every person you support.

The same board families already put on the shelf now gives your team one view across everyone you support. Visit confirmations, medication reminders, and scheme-wide notices reach the people you support without asking them to learn an app, and without you chasing fifty phone calls to check.

Built on the same private, ad-free board as the family product. Nothing new for the people you support to learn.

Two ways it fits your service

Built around the two patterns we hear most often from care teams and housing schemes.

Domiciliary & home care

Each client gets their own board. A visit confirms itself when your carer's check-in fires the reminder as done; a medication prompt that isn't confirmed in time quietly escalates to your on-call coordinator instead of a family member finding out too late. A door sensor can confirm a visit happened even when nobody's carrying a phone that logs it.

→ escalates to whichever coordinator you choose, automatically.

Sheltered housing & retirement schemes

A warden or scheme manager sends one notice: a water outage, a fire drill, the Friday fish and chip van, and it lands on every board in the building at once. Each resident's own family channel keeps working exactly as before, untouched; the scheme-wide notice just arrives alongside it.

Where this fits, honestly

Let's talk about a pilot.

Pricing is per resident, per month, and scales with the size of your service, from a handful of boards to a whole scheme. Tell us a bit about your service and we'll put a number on a small pilot.

Sensible questions

Is this a medical alarm or fall detector?

No. It's a calm way to deliver reminders and notices, and a best-effort escalation if one goes unconfirmed. If your clients need a monitored pendant alarm, keep that in place too; the board runs alongside it, not instead of it.

What do our clients need to do differently?

Nothing. The board switches on and works. The most anyone in the home ever does is press one big button to confirm a reminder.

How does our team manage dozens of boards?

Through one shared portal link, scoped to just your service's boards. Send notices, schedule reminders, and see what's connected, without touching anything outside your own scheme.

How fast could we pilot this?

We can have a handful of boards live within a day of saying yes. Most of the setup is a coordinator filling in names and phone numbers on a form, not an IT project.

What happens to residents' messages and activity?

They stay visible only to your team and that resident's own family: never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared beyond your scheme.
